Advice from the NSW Department of Health recommends water tanks should be examined for build-up of sediment every 2-3 years. Sediment and sludge are removed with very little water loss, depending on the water tank size, and with very little stir-up of the sediment. This ensures your water becomes safer and healthier for you and your family to drink and cook with.

If, unfortunately, your water tank is in a bad condition, it may have to be completely emptied by our pump. We will then scrub and clean the internals of the tank before arranging another delivery of clean drinking water into your newly cleaned water tank.
